Why join Ideal Standard
Operations and Production

And as a bathroom manufacturer with such a rich and diverse brand history, we make it our aim to continue delivering top quality products for our customers, to ensure our continued growth.
Production operatives and managers will need to be resilient, hardworking, passionate, and have great attention to detail. People who have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and those who are able to live up to the physical demands of the role, will be particularly successful in our production department.
Vacancies can exist in our operations team for top team leaders, quality control technical managers and production staff. There is a fantastic opportunity for progression within our operations department too – ideal for anyone looking to climb the career ladder.
People are the most valuable asset to our business. With more than 2,500 employees in Middle East, Gulf and North Africa, we understand the value of our talents. From the brand’s humble beginnings in 1872, we can say that it’s the great people, innovative thinkers and hard workers who have helped us grow and become the market leader that we are today.
This is why we employ the best HR team there is to continually source new and fresh talent. We rely on Human Resources to scout, recruit, coordinate, and look after our employees. Because our staff are at the heart of everything we do. If you are good with people and you are interested in joining a lively, happy team of like minded HR professionals, you could be a great fit for our HR team at Ideal Standard.
Vacancies can exist for HR Business Partners, HR managers, HR assistants and payroll administrators. This vital department looks after everything from wages to performance management, learning, development and resource management.
Our sales team help to connect our award-winning products to the people who matter. They are the energy behind our brand and being part of our dynamic team will be an exciting, fulfilling challenge for anyone who joins us.

Your time will be spent working closely with architects, designers and buyers at the highest levels, so a confident attitude and great negotiating skills will be a valuable asset.
In terms of experience, we look for people with a consumer goods background, or those with experience in kitchens and bathrooms. More importantly though, having the right attitude and personality will help us determine whether you are the right fit for our company – and whether we are the right fit for you!
