  • Operations and Production

    Our operations department comprises a team which is in action 24 hours a day and is dedicated to delivering high quality products for the business. Quality is at the core of everything we do at Ideal Standard (and it’s what we’re known for), so your role will affect everything from sales and customer retention to brand reputation. And as a bathroom manufacturer with such a rich and diverse brand history, we make it our aim to continue delivering top quality products for our customers, to ensure our continued growth. 

    Production operatives and managers will need to be resilient, hardworking, passionate, and have great attention to detail. People who have previous experience in a manufacturing environment and those who are able to live up to the physical demands of the role, will be particularly successful in our production department.

    Our sales team help to connect our award-winning products to the people who matter. They are the energy behind our brand and being part of our dynamic team will be an exciting, fulfilling challenge for anyone who joins us.

    With a number of routes to market, sales roles are diverse. The non-residential channel includes public sector, education, healthcare and commercial spaces; the retail channel includes showrooms and direct sales; the trade channel includes trade counter customers and independents; and the residential and hotel channel includes national house builders, large hotel chains and boutique hotels.

    To succeed in our sales department, you need to be self-motivated, passionate, smart, ambitious and a well-rounded individual. We are looking for self-starters who don not easily give up. You will enjoy working with a world-leading brand, be able to act as a good representative for the business, and be superb at building fruitful, lasting relationships with our clients. Your time will be spent working closely with architects, designers and buyers at the highest levels, so a confident attitude and great negotiating skills will be a valuable asset.

    In terms of experience, we look for people with a consumer goods background, or those with experience in kitchens and bathrooms.   • After Sales Service and Business Support

    After Sales Service Support
    Our after sales service support team love to interact with customers and they pride themselves on delivering the best possible customer service. Responsible for taking calls, placing orders and answering product enquiries, this business unit is the backbone to the Ideal Standard reputation for strong customer relations.

    If you’re a ‘people person’ with a genuine desire to help others, have good attention to detail and superb accuracy, you could be the perfect fit for our team. 

    Business Support
    Business support at Ideal Standard is here to assist and support the sales team, helping to secure leads and to ensure ordered products are delivered on time and in full to our customers. This is an important business unit within the supply chain operation and successful candidates will be responsible for helping the team ensure that everything runs smoothly. Good management skills, excellent communication and your ability to fluently express yourself in both Arabic and English languages and the ability to oversee plans is absolutely essential. 

  • Warehouse and Logistics

    This area of the business provides a crucial service to all internal stakeholders and external customers and is the vital cog that ensures goods are produced on time and shipped out across the country.

    Candidates applying for warehousing and fulfillment opportunities should be able to take ownership of customer demand and increasing expectations. After the customer has had interaction with the sales team, the warehouse will act as an interface between Ideal Standard and the customer’s business, so the ability to represent the brand and its core values is an important skill.  

    Great analytics and planning, ability to handle ambiguity, passion and enthusiasm, adaptability in changing environments and SAP knowledge are essential traits in employees who have been previously successful in our warehouse.

    These are very demanding but rewarding roles and successful candidates will help to join the dots of the supply chain and build better relationships with the Ideal Standard customers. 


  • Supply chain

    Here at Ideal Standard, our supply chain team are not only core to creating a smooth and efficient product flow, but they’re vital cogs in the wheel when it comes to the flow of information.

    Relationships play a central role in our supply chain, so good communication skills and your ability to fluently express yourself in both Arabic and English languages are essential. Other attributes that will help you stand out in the recruitment process are superb organisation, good time management, leadership skills, an understanding of customer expectations, problem solving, the ability to think on your feet, the ability to work well in a team, and a genuine desire to learn.



  • Finance

    People who perform under pressure and thrive on deadlines. These are the individuals that do well in our finance team. We believe that curiosity makes the bedrock of a good finance person (as well as being good with numbers!), so if this is you, apply for a role today.

    Vacancies can exist in this department for commercial analysts, management accountants, operations and planning controllers, and people who are willing and able to work as a part of a team, SAP knowledge, good communication skills and your ability to fluently express yourself in both Arabic and English languages . In charge of managing the flow of accounts receivable and accounts payable, you will be at the absolute heart of the business.
